Elsa Lemoine specializes in turning strategy into action. With a track record of managing operations for teams of up to 350 employees across multi-state, private, and non-profit organizations, she excels in leading turnarounds and realignments for organizations facing challenges.
Elsa thrives on breathing life into strategy—whether reviving an idle plan or crafting a new one. She ensures strategic value is realized by setting clear priorities, defining key initiatives, and aligning stakeholders for clarity and commitment. Her approach bridges strategy with execution, driving operations towards financial performance.
Her expertise spans a wide range of strategic initiatives, from multi-million-dollar renovations to standardizing work processes, streamlining technology, and establishing new operational departments. By integrating project management with change management, Elsa prioritizes the people side of transformation, addressing workplace challenges such as conflict resolution, communication breakdowns, and team dynamics using her mediation skills.
Elsa holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a BS from Hotel Management School, Maastricht, The Netherlands. She is a certified mediator and a Prosci-certified change management practitioner.
